Play Football Make Peace started work in Estonia by collaborating with the FC Vaprus, a World Association of NGOs member, in 2004.

FC Vaprus coordinator, Reigo Tonsberg, continued to be a strong supporter of PFMP and has carried the PFMP vision with the FC Vaprus trips to Egypt and Israel, continuously promoting the role of peace through football in tournaments, beach soccer and goodwill exchanges

This began the relationship for PFMP to partner with the Estonian Football Federation (EFF). A follow up meeting was agreed upon, and Robin Graham visited Estonia in September 2007 to further cement the future partnership with EFF.
